Both varieties are related and belong to the group of Capsicum Frutescens. The yellowish color of the Amazonian chili is particularly striking, as it is harvested shortly before full ripeness. Thanks to gentle drying, the beautiful color is retained, as is its fruity pungency. In the kitchen, Amazon chili can be used in many ways. Sauces or soups, stews, casseroles, hotpots, meat dishes or dips are just waiting to be refined with Colombian spicy. Who likes it more discreetly, gives the chili to the dishes only shortly before serving. The longer the chili is cooked, the more dominant the sharpness spreads.
