India´s fertile climate proved to be ideal and the newly discovered spice quickly became an integral part of Indian cuisine. Our India chilli is of medium pungency. The dark red to reddish brown fruits come from controlled organic cultivation. Use our India chillies in sauces, soups, stews, pasta dishes, goulash and stews.
