How can you make a good smoking salt even better? Not an easy task, which we have given to our smoking master. As a benchmark, we gave him our German smoking salt to his hands. And once again it proves true: ¨Experience is the best cook, or rather smoking master¨. We think the result is impressive. We simply call this new smoking salt German Premium Smoking Salt. The sea salt used for this is harvested by hand in a small sea saltworks in the middle of a nature reserve on the coast of Croatia. In the heart of Saxony, our experienced smoking master refines the sea salt with pure beech wood shavings. Particularly long smoking times ensure even more intensive smoke flavours. Whether in BBQ products, barbecue sauces, marinades, egg dishes, tofu, fish and seafood, mushroom dishes... the possible uses for our premium smoked salt are many and varied and there are almost no limits to creativity and friends of experimentation.
