In a small smokehouse in the heart of Saxony-Anhalt, our smoked salt is created in a manufactory according to old recipes from the Swabian Alb. With a lot of love and experience, traditionally harvested sea salt is cold-smoked for a week with great effort to mature into an intense taste experience. A mixture of fir and beech wood is used for the intensive smoke aroma. Swabian smoked salt harmonizes perfectly with egg dishes, mushroom dishes, stews and of course with typical Swabian dishes such as lentils with spaetzle and sausages.
