In a small smokehouse in the heart of Saxony-Anhalt, our Germanic smoked salt is produced in Manufaktur. With a lot of love and experience, natural sea salt is smoked at great expense for about 2 weeks. 4 different types of wood (e.g. beech and spruce) are used. The resulting smoked salt is truly masterful. A strong brown colour and intensive smoke aromas characterise this premium product. Even the smallest pinch is enough to enrich dishes with the finest smoke flavours. Whether egg dishes, vegetables, mushroom dishes, BBQ products, fish, meat or vegan cuisine - the application possibilities for our Germanic smoked salt are almost unlimited.
