The finest Fleur de Sel in pyramid shape, which are formed in the clean waters of the Indian Ocean, form the basis for our smoked pyramids. In a small smokehouse in Saxony, this wonderful salt is smoked cold for a week by an experienced master smoker. The salt is refined in beech smoke only, so as to preserve the beautiful structure of the salt, very carefully and gently. The subtle salt pyramids can be easily rubbed between the fingers. The mild Fleur de Sel is particularly suitable for vegan cuisine thanks to its pleasant smoke aroma, where it gives many dishes a very special flavour. But the smoky and salty flavours also harmonise perfectly with meat and fish.
