Organic lemon pepper | spice blend

Biova organic lemon pepper is not a kind of pepper, but a finely tuned spice composition. Consisting of finest, coarsely ground black pepper and green pepper from the Indian Malabar coast, the mixture is tuned with the wonderful Australian lemon myrtle and grated lemon peel. The elegant pepper mix convinces with a pleasant spiciness and intense fruity notes. The peppery-sour pepper mixture refines grilled and fried fish, seafood, poultry, Asian dishes, salads and fresh vegetables such as asparagus or fennel. Our lemon pepper should only be added at the end of cooking so that the wonderful flavors can fully unfold and do not overcook. Like all our blends, this composition doesn´t contain any flavor enhancers, no added sugar, no anti-caking agents, no preservatives!
