The organic onion granulate comes from controlled organic cultivation in Egypt and is refined in Germany by an organic certified smokehouse. In addition, the granulate spends 7 days with complex cold smoking in the finest beech smoke. The result convinces with an intense smoke aroma and the typical spicy onion taste, but somewhat sweeter and less spicy than raw onions. Smoked organic onion granulate can be used in many ways, for example to refine soups, sauces, marinades and dips, salads and vegetable dishes. Spice blends and BBQ products are given a special smoky note.
