Product information "Black pyramid decorative sea salt, coarse 2–9 mm"
Product description
Black pyramid salt is a coarse-grained sea salt from Pakistan, used as a decorative salt with a striking, deep black colour. The light, pyramid-shaped crystals create a three-dimensional surface and add clear, graphic accents to contemporary interior and decoration concepts.
In Biova quality, this granulated sea salt is supplied in a 2–9 mm grain size so that structure, light reflection and colour depth are shown to best effect. The combination of sea salt, activated charcoal colouring and defined grain size makes this decorative granulate a versatile design element.
Whether in glass containers, on decorative trays or as an accent area on sideboards, the black decorative salt can be arranged flexibly and supports minimalist, high-contrast room concepts. With only a small amount of material you can create impactful highlights in living spaces, spa areas or shop windows.
Important information
Not suitable for consumption. This product is intended for decorative use only and must not be used on or in connection with food.
Origin
The black pyramid salt comes from Pakistan, a region with a long tradition of producing sea salts under warm, dry climatic conditions. Biova ensures controlled origin in order to keep the colour, grain size and structure of the black granulate consistently stable.
Production / refinement
The base material is sea salt obtained by evaporating saline water. During crystallisation, the characteristic hollow pyramid shapes are formed. These are then dried, coloured deep black with activated charcoal, sieved to a grain size of 2–9 mm and packed in bags as decorative Biova decorative salt.
Special features
Typical are the fine, pyramid-shaped crystals that create a three-dimensional, textured surface with an intense black colour. The coarse grain and slight sheen produce lively light reflections and make this granulated sea salt a striking design element for modern colour and interior concepts.
Differences in origin and processing
Unlike many standard decorative granulates, the pyramid structure of this sea salt is created by a precisely controlled crystallisation process. Together with its Pakistani origin, the coarse 2–9 mm grain size and colouring with activated charcoal, this results in a distinctive black pyramid granulate for demanding decorative applications.
