Payment and Shipping
You have the following payment options:
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal (including credit card, purchase on account)
- SEPA direct debit
Shipping:
- Parcel shipping up to 30 kg from €8.95 with DHL
- Parcel shipping is possible for up to 6 parcels or a total weight of 150 kg
- More than 6 parcels: calculation of an individual freight charge via a forwarding company (this will be requested individually by us, provided no negotiated freight rates exist).
Freight forwarding up to 2.5 t includes a tail lift. If a tail lift is required for quantities >2500 kg, an additional tail-lift surcharge will apply. - Please refer to the attached tables in the PDF for detailed shipping prices (Download PDF file).
As a rule, we are able to supply our customers within 24 to 48 hours. Daily collections by DHL, Dachser, GLS & UPS are standard practice for us.
