Origin

Cultivation / Production / Harvest

For this flake salt, seawater is directed into shallow salt pans and concentrated there by sun and wind. As soon as the first fine crystals form on the surface, they are gently skimmed off by hand. After a short drying period in the sun, the Fleur de Sel is packed without any further additives and supplied as bulk goods for commercial customers and resellers.
