Organic Café de Paris is a colourful, coarse-granulated seasoning blend inspired by French cuisine and composed by Biova in Germany. Selected organic herbs and spices are combined with fine fleur de sel.

The blend brings together garlic, onion, paprika, turmeric and Tellicherry pepper in a harmonious balance of savoury flavour, gentle heat and fresh herbal notes. Its coarse texture ensures an even release of aroma and makes it ideal for bulk packs and professional kitchens.

Cultivation / production / harvest

The herbs and spices come from organic farming without synthetic crop protection agents. After gentle drying they are cleaned, coarsely granulated and mixed with fleur de sel according to Biova’s recipe.

Characteristics

Typical features are its colourful appearance, coarse grain and complex interplay of aromas from herbs, fleur de sel and Tellicherry pepper. The Biova recipe is purely plant-based and contains no added flavourings or flavour enhancers.

Differences in origin and processing

Depending on the origin of the individual spices, subtle flavour nuances may vary, for example in paprika, chilli or Tellicherry pepper. Centralised blending in Germany nevertheless ensures a consistent, reproducible flavour profile.
