Biova organic cardamom consists of whole brown seeds with a warm, spicy, slightly lemony aroma. The natural cardamom seeds are gently dried and offered in bulk for professional kitchens. Visually, they appear as brown chunks or whole seeds that lend both sweet and savory dishes an aromatic depth.
Thanks to the whole grain size, the essential oils in the organic cardamom remain protected for a long time, so the spice stays aromatically stable even during longer storage. Biova relies on carefully selected batches in certified organic quality and does not use any additives. The seeds are batch-tested, cleaned and packed in food-safe bulk containers with a net filling weight of approx. 1.05 kg per unit.
