Organic Fries & Chicken is a savoury organic seasoned salt based on unrefined fleur de sel and selected organic spices. The coarse, reddish Biova blend is specially tailored to potato dishes and light poultry.

The high proportion of fleur de sel is combined with organic paprika, tomato, garlic and onion to create a harmonious, well-balanced flavour profile. Chilli and pepper add a mild to medium heat without overpowering other ingredients.

In the kitchen, this organic seasoned salt for fries & chicken is extremely versatile – from French fries, wedges and fried potatoes to roast chicken and turkey steaks. It lets you elevate everyday oven and pan dishes with very little effort and gives them a full, rounded finish.

Origin

The Biova spice blend is developed, gently processed and packed in Germany. The fleur de sel used comes from traditional sea salt production, the organic spices from certified organic farming.

Cultivation / production / harvest

After harvesting, the organic spices are cleaned, dried and, depending on the ingredient, ground or granulated. They are then homogeneously mixed with the unrefined sea salt at Biova and filled into bags as bulk product.

Special features

Characteristic is the combination of coarse fleur de sel and the reddish spice base of paprika and tomato. The granulated, coarse grain ensures intense aroma during frying, baking and grilling and gives fries and chicken an appetising appearance.

Differences in origin and processing

Depending on the origin of the raw spices, there may be subtle nuances in the aroma of paprika, pepper or chilli. Thanks to blending and quality control in Germany, the flavour profile of the Biova spice blend nevertheless remains consistently well balanced.

Taste & aroma

On the palate, it shows a mild to medium heat with distinct paprika and tomato notes, accompanied by hearty garlic and onion. The aroma is spicy, slightly piquant and reminiscent of classic grilled, oven and pan dishes.
