Origin

The recipe is based on traditional harissa blends from Tunisia and Morocco, but is produced and packed in Germany. This way, North African flavours are combined with German quality standards.

Cultivation / production / harvest

The spices used come from certified organic farming without synthetic pesticides. After harvest they are gently dried, milled separately, then precisely blended by Biova and packed in aroma-protecting bags.
