Cultivation / production / harvest

All herbs, vegetable components and spices come from certified organic farming. After harvest they are gently dried, cut or granulated and processed into a homogeneous, coarsely granulated bulk blend.

Special features

A key characteristic of this Biova seasoning blend is the organic balsamic salt made from salt flakes and organic balsamic vinegar. Rounded off with hibiscus and orange and lemon peel, it develops a delicately fruity, slightly tangy note.

Differences in origin and processing

Unlike simple vegetable seasonings, this blend combines vegetable flakes, herbs, spices and a refined salt. The coarse grain size improves dosing and adhesion both before and after cooking.

Taste & aroma
