Origin

The seasoned salt blend is mixed and packed in Germany to Biova standards. The organic raw materials used come from certified organic farming in selected growing regions.

Cultivation / Production / Harvest

Pepper, paprika and chili varieties are grown under organic farming conditions and gently dried after harvest. They are then coarsely crushed and homogeneously blended in batches with sunflake salt and fleur de sel.
